Any disputes for a return, refund, replacement, faulty or incorrect order must be discussed, resolved and approved by the By Kinsman team within 2 business days from the parcels date of arrival.
- All returns, refunds, replacements, faulty or incorrect order's are to the discretion of the By Kinsman team.
- All customers are liable for the selections made and measurements or size provided within their order.
- Any changes in regards to the size or colour must be discussed and approved by the By Kinsman team.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
- By Kinsman reserves the right to reject an order for any reason, at any time.
- In the case of a fabric or colour being discontinued the customer is entitled to reselect or receive a refund.
- All postage is non-refundable.
- Failure to supply the correct information regarding your order is not at the fault of By Kinsman.
- All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
- If the product you received is deemed faulty or incorrect, By Kinsman will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Return shipping is required to be sent via a secure, trackable express post service with notification of the tracking number once posted.
- By Kinsman is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay that the parcel may incur.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method, upon the return of the garment

International orders may be subject to customs duty, import fees and taxes - this is dependent on the countries customs policy and not payable by By Kinsman.
