Shipping + Handling
All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Once each parcel is dispatched from the By Kinsman studio, the customer is emailed the tracking number and their parcel is trackable via www.auspost.com until it arrives to the specified postal address. Upon the arrival of your order, all items must be inspected by youto ensure the items delivered match your order.
Normal Shipping within Australia (5-7 business days)
Express Shipping within Australia (2-3 business days)
By Kinsman aims to ensure you receive your garment as promptly as possible. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. We make sure that each order is packed securely and safely for transportation.
We recommend you provide a daytime address where someone will be available to take delivery of your parcel during business hours. Your office would be a good option. Please ensure you provide the correct postal address with information regarding unit and floor numbers and a contact person if applicable.
If you refuse any shipments from By Kinsman you are responsible for the original shipping costs and any further charges incurred in the packaging and return of the parcel to us. This amount will be deducted from any refund to you.
