Returns + Exchanges
When placing and fulfilling an order through our e-boutique, email or phone it constitutes as an agreement to the following return, faulty or incorrect order policy and terms and conditions;
All designs are produced on a made-to-order service, with each garment being made upon the customers request. As we provide a service we have a no return or refund policy unless eligible under our faulty order, incorrect order and T&Cs.
In depth information regarding each design, fabric, colour and imagery are easily accessible to view online. We highly recommend all customers check their order is correct before finalising, as the customer is liable for each selection made on their order.
All garments are sewn in-house at the By Kinsman studio. The highest level of quality is produced within every garment and is approved, prepped and finished by us before dispatch.
As we have such a high level of quality within our label, we are more than happy to fix, replace or refund a garment if it is deemed faulty by the By Kinsman team under the following conditions:
- The matter must be discussed, resolved and approved by the By Kinsman team within seven (7) business days from the parcels arrival date.
- The garment must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed.
- Returned in its original condition with all tags intact and attachedto the garment.
- Eligibility for a faulty order is in correspondence to our T&Cs.
If both parties discuss and agree that the incorrect garment received by the customer is at the fault of the By Kinsman team, we will happily cover the cost of return shipping and replace your garment, free of charge. If the customer does not wish to replace the garment they will be eligible for a full refund upon the return of the incorrect garment.
